Intro to DSLR Photography Workshop with Dunia Tozy

Join photographer and video journalist Dunia Tozy on a 3-hour workshop to learn the basics of DSLR photography.Whether you're a business owner looking to take good photos of your products to use on your website or Instagram, or a parent looking to capture memories of your little ones, this workshop is designed to give you the basics of how to create professional looking images without breaking the bank.

Examples of topics covered include basic equipment (cameras/ lenses), how to use your camera (exposure, shutter speed, aperture, ISO), how to master focusing, tips and techniques to shoot for various purposes (portraits, sports, landscapes), how to shoot in various lighting situations, and finally basic editing strategies using some of our favourite smartphone editing apps. Please note that a DSLR camera and a smartphone are required for this workshop & that there is a 6 person minimum requirement to run the class. If we don't reach this number we will unfortunately have to cancel it and refund you within 48 hours before the scheduled workshop.
