Sucheta❤Garry Proposal | Sea to Sky Gondola Engagement Photography

 When Garry contacted me to ask if I can photograph his proposal to my lovely friend Sucheta I was so excited and happy to be part of their big day, and when he told me how he was going to do, I was thrilled! I've never been on the Sea to Sky Gondola before but checking the pictures online I knew it's the perfect spot for a proposal. It starts with a 10-minute gondola ride to the lodge which has several viewing platforms overlooking Howe Sound, the coastal mountain range and the co-pilot and sky pilot mountain peaks.

I was waiting impatiently for the couple to arrive in the lodge area looking at each Gondola cabin to see if it's them and as Garry and Sucheta came out of the 'one' I started stalking them as they made their way to the main viewing platform. It was a cloudy misty day with sprinkles of rain, but what was cool is that it started to snow a little bit which is to be expected at that higher elevation and that added an ethereal feel to the whole thing. I started snapping pictures as they stopped to look at the view and when he popped the question it was wonderful to witness that beautiful moment and document it for the two and yes, she did say 'Yes'!! 

I'm so thankful to Garry for asking me to do this for them and so happy for the two who will get married next year and wish them the best on their new journey together ❤
