From the moment we met Kris & Tay we could tell how much love these two have for each other and how happy they made each other feel, and their wedding at the Vancouver Golf Club in Coquitlam was no different. It was fun, cheerful, and you can tell that there was lots of thought and planing put into it. The two smiled ear to ear all day long and what made it even better is the beautiful fall colours that provided a wonderful backdrop to this gorgeous autumn wedding. Congrats Kris and Taylor, thanks so much for sharing your day with us and we wish you all the best as you embark on your new adventure ❤ Venue: Vancouver Golf Club

Alex and Daniel got married at one of the most beautiful venues we've ever seen, the Chilliwack Riverfront Sanctuary, about an hour and a bit away from Vancouver. From the gorgeous forest serenaded by the rushing Chilliwack River and surrounding landscapes to the intimate setting and the lovely details, this chic forest wedding was a real treat to shoot and we loved every minute of it! Congratulations to the lovely bride and groom ❤
Beautiful morning, beautiful people, beautiful ceremony & reception! We couldn't have asked for more on Baraa & Sinan's wedding day. We enjoyed spending some time with the lovely couple and their families and you can tell they both couldn't wait to see each other at the church and we were there to capture their lovely celebration ❤
From a beautiful Mehndi ceremony & a playful Pithi evening to an elegant Nikkah ceremony, Benish & Imran's wedding was full of great moments and lovely surprises.
We had the pleasure of spending two days with the lovely couple and their family, some of whom travelled from as far as Minnesota, Florida, Los Angeles, Wisconsin, Toronto, and India, so it was very important for them that we capture as many moments as possible. The first day began at Elk's Lodge in Port Coquitlam where the bride was adorned with beautiful Henna on both her hands and feet. The rest of the family followed and it was a wonderful opportunity for us to get to know everyone. Later in the evening was the Pithi ceremony which entails rubbing the bride and the groom with a paste made of chickpea flour, turmeric and other ingredients. It's a celebration of love and happiness for the couple involved. The night ended with several great dance performances from family members. The next day was the day of the Nikkah ceremony which was held at the Ismaili Centre in Burnaby. The bride and groom prepared themselves at two different locations but the groom picked the bride up after he negotiated with her bridesmaids (there were lots of negotiations throughout both days, most of which are very playful in nature.. pretty fun tradition for sure). Our journey with the couple ended at the Ismaili centre where the marriage ceremony took place. The couple & their families glowed with happiness and there were a few other traditions that were performed at the centre, including a fun competition between the bride and groom all of which contributed to a wonderful wedding that we'll never forget. Congrats to you Benish and Imran and thanks so much for sharing your day with us ❤ |
